The Company's unique 6-step process includes assisting homeowners from start-to-finish through the design, planning, and construction phases. The process provides each client with confidence in their selections, from renderings for visual clarity, transparent communication throughout the process and a completed project that brings their vision into reality. LoneStar’s remodeling projects consistently delight customers with their home transformations. The Company currently operates the business in a 1,000 square foot office space and storage for tools and equipment. This office setup can be replicated by a buyer at the location of his or her choice without disruption to the business. The office space can be reduced should the buyer prefer to have the team work remotely. The Company has a well-defined market position as well as a proven sales process. The marketing strategy, supported by LoneStar’s longstanding reputation and extensive client database, focuses on targeting residential property owners within the Dallas/Fort Worth metropolitan area. The seller will provide detailed sales training and is willing to consider an extended role in the Company, subject to negotiation. The Company continues to acquire new projects in a variety of ways, a direct result of marketing, referrals, and repeat business in addition to servicing past clients with new businesses. A buyer with construction experience will be able to take on the current projects by utilizing LoneStar’s existing schedules, best practices, software and its team of excellent subcontractors. A buyer with more project management experience than construction background can use LoneStar’s subcontractor network, thereby reducing the necessity to self-perform various functions. Revenues have been increasing 7% over the past five years, due to an increase in local residential equity & home ownership. In 2019, Total Revenue was $1,618,190 with SDE's of $429,000, rounded. 2020 saw a surge in the home remodeling industry nationwide with 2021 revenue projections climbing 18% over 2019. The Company has a strong pipeline of projects both in design and construction, with a continually strong flow of new leads.
