Expansion Potential:

Expansion of the business comes in at least two forms. 1) Fulfillment Centers - presently located in the USA and in China, but as the business grows or based on the existing location of the acquirer, fulfillment centers could also be added in a variety of locations such as Europe, Australia, Canada and others. Presently, the business is based in the USA and all international orders will be fulfilled from the fulfillment center in China. Adding additional fulfillment centers will reduce the shipping time to the consumer. 2) Product expansion - Presently the Shopify website ( and the Amazon store offer the six sizes of the Hail Protector System, extended warranty options and a few optional accessories. The traffic experienced by our webstores suggest adds additional products is a good idea and creates additional revenue and profit streams. These additional products could include additional product accessories, general automotive accessories and a variety of other products. Such expansion is rather easy to achieve via webstore changes and inventory stocking at fulfillment centers.

Competition / Market:

There have been a few longer-term players in the automobile hail protective cover market segment (Hail Blanket, Hail Cover Autotechnica (Australia only) and Outdoor Car Capsule).
